God Mode in windows is simply a folder that contains lots of administrative shortcut. With God Mode, you simply do not have to manually navigate to most administrative tool as it gives you quick access to them.
- Create a new folder on desktop
- Rename the folder to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
- Open and enjoy.
